Is this an unhealthy weight loss plan for a 15 year old?

Alright, so, by september, i want to have a flat stomach.

right now, im about..29-30' waist. D:

So, if i get up at 5:00 AM everyday, do 30 mins of cardio, then 15 minutes of yoga, then 15 minutes of core training, eat under 1000 calories a day, and run for 1/2 hour at night...will my stomach be flat by september?

also, i would be drinking about 3 litres of water/dy, an 3 cups of green tea, as well as taking acai berry juice.

for example, what i ate today was

2 apples
2 yogurts(low fat)
a protein shake
grilled cheese

Is that not enough?

and about 5'8, around 130 lbs.
if that helps/changes anything.
ALSOOO. im planning on going raw food vegetarian. C: (im already vegetarian)

You don't sound like you need to lose a lot of weight. I think it is fine if you excersize as much as you say you are going to, but you need to consume more calories.

    Okay, you don’t need to lose weight.
    You’re not overwieght. If anything you’re a little underweight for your height.

    You just want to get in shape and tone your body.
    Eat normally, but stay away from the red meats.
    Cardio is essential for flat belly.

    Make sure you do crunches, especially bicycle crunches for 5 minutes each day. (a bit of cardio & abdominal workout all in one)

    I honestly think you’re not eating enough calories. >_> but that’s just me.

    Don’t starve yourself, starving yourself will cause your body to store up fat every time you eat.

    If you stick to it, you’ll definitely have rock hard abs by september :D

    I don’t think it is unhealthy, maybe you just add some solid protein on your diet, like a cut of lean meat.
