I need help, like, desperately?

I really, dangerously need to lose weight. I've found calorie counting almost impossible for various reasons, and I can't leave my house to exercise or anything at all without my parents because of strict rules.
I'm female.
I'm 13 years old.
I'm 5 feet and 6 inches.
I weigh almost 230 lbs.

I'm worried about getting diabetes or other high risk possibilities, and I've tried to lose weight several times. I've even lost nearly 40 pounds by myself without any products or anything. But I can't even remember how I did that - and I've always gained it all back.
My parents are relatively poor, and can't afford to by only organic or diet foods and I am most defiantly not getting any products or diet plans, or even medications (meaning not only are we tight in money, but my parents wouldn't even consider buying ANYTHING that requires shipping - I've even tried pulling the free acai berry thing, and it didn't work), nonetheless hire a nutritionist or send me to a WL camp.

I've tried using weight-loss books of my friends and stuff. I've tried to use portion control stuff... I don't see anything working... I can't force myself to stick to it.
Like I said, my parents won't let me leave the house alone. And they refuse to take me out to walk or anything. They won't buy a treadmill. Gym memberships are basically something you see on Sci-fi to them. We always have family meals and my dad says I'm wasteful or greedy if I ask to have something healthier. They are the kind of "dish it up... we're the clean-plate-slate club committee!" I've tried to explain about how I feel and why I think it's necessary, even my regular doctor has discussed it with them and me. Apparently they don't think it's important or logical. My gym teachers have said things to them and everything. Usually everyone spends more time guilting me though.

I don't blame my parents for my weight, nor am I trying to be whiny... just stating the issues and obstacles.

I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be helpful.

well if you have wii, you could play wii fit and manage your body weight there.

see if your parents will let you take walks with your friends or neighbors.

there might be after school programs at your school; (like 'getting fit club')

to build muscle you can do some basic exercises like curl ups or push ups in your house.

are you aloud to go outside on your lawn, at least? If so, you can run around your house several times each day.

try not to eat a lot of junk food. i understand your situation, but im sure your parents at least buy fruit or other foods with protein in them.

i cant really think of anything else, but I wish you luck!

    Okay there is free workout videos on youtube they are soo awesome I lost five pounds of belly fat in a month though I’m not even overweight. just take a peak at them and DON’T snack, snack makes you gain extra baggage. Drink more water and one glass of green tea, green tea is good for water weight and dehydration no more soda! Goodluckk.

    You’re going to have to find a way to just eat less. Try skipping some of the family meals – the whole thing about going into starvation mode if you miss a meal is fake – made up by the people who sell candy and granola bars. Can you be out of the house at some meal times?

    You should go for walks, but don’t push yourself. you don’t have to buy diet foods, you just need to eat the healthiest stuff you have and not a lot of it. be patient though it doesn’t go away right off

    OK diet plan, eat as much veggies, fruit etc that you want, try to eat 3 meals a day, just till full, no food after 6, try to limit your bread to 4 slices a day without butter., have a piece of meat, chicken, tuna whatever about 4 oz a day at supper. Limit salad dressings and mayo, no fast food and if you need soda, drink diet, unlimited tea or coffee, drink about 2 cups of 2% milk a day, eggs are nutritious and cheap, 2 to a meal or cottage cheese has a lot of protein, eat about a cup. Eat stuff you like just limit the grease, if you get a big munchie on for something go and eat it when you want it, cause if you don’t you will eat a whole bunch of crap and then end up eating whatever anyways

    Why are they so strict about you going out? Do you live in a bad neighbor hood? OK – you’re going to have to talk with them about food – because you don’t have a choice on what they buy – but you can give your mom a list of what you choose to eat – and hopefully, she will purchase that for you – and, at 13 – you need to start fixing your own plate – if not your own meals. — because I bet that others in your family are obese as well. You obviously have access to a computer – and there are sites where you can get healthy recipes and wise food choices – fresh vegetables – salads, lean meats, etc. And, at 13 – you are old enough to learn how to cook.Learn to make simple, healthy meals – for yourself – if not for your whole family – Do you go to the Mall? then wear your walking shoes – and "power walk" the perimeter – there are actually "Mall walker" groups that get together (usually early in the AM right before the mall opens) – But you can also do exercises in your room or house – Put on some music with a good beat and "walk" in place – do stretches and toe touches – stuff you’ve been doing in gym at school – but you need to do it 20 minutes per day – (you can break it up into 2 ten minute sessions) – sit ups and lunges and jumping jacks – all that stuff doesn’t cost anything.     Try eating 5-6 snacks/smaller meals rather than 3 big meals every day… you’re more satisfied because your stomach is never totally empty and as a result you eat less.

    Well what my sis in law did was stop drinking colas and started drinking water eating lots of fresh spinach salads and the microwave meals smart-ones and lean cuisines that helped her she went from 200 lbs to 145 so it works just got to stick to it and don’t cheat. And have support from friends and family i will help if you need me to i have a myspace and my name is ayla i am 20 years old from alabama so look me up okay
