who has used acai berry juice or tablets…..does it really work or is it just another of them thingys?
It really isn’t effective in aiding weight loss. The only way to lose weight, is a healthy reduced calorie diet, combined with daily vigorous exercise. Pills, patches and tricks will not help you.

If it worked all the doctors would be advising their overweight patients to use it!! It is just another of those "thingys" that also don’t work.

I have used acai berry 100% berry juice and along with oolong tea. I have lost a total of 4 lbs. in a week and a half and have a ton of energy. I am not using it by itself , but rather with a really good workout routine and a great diet. There is no "magic pill" out there. it takes hard work and serious dedication to keep in shape. I have lost 70 lbs. in months andnd 10% body fat and 14 inches from my body with what I do., and am looking to lose another 5% body fat and gain at least 5-10more lbs. of lean muscle. They say that it also has properties that can help your chance of cancer as well. As an overall diet pill, no it doesn’t work by itself

Depends what you want it to do? As a weight loss preparation it is worthless, you aren’t going to get away without diet+exercise. However it is high in antioxidants and is therefore good for you.
