Ok so strap in and hold tight so i can explain my situation…. I am 13 years old and i weigh roughly 67 kilo’s , i am approximately 5 foot 4 in height.
When i look at myself i often think that people could easily mistake me for a trampy pregnant girl , when i relax my stomach pops out like a beach ball , Also like i said b4 i am 13 and have boobs that are in a C cup which i think is mostly fat tissue , Then theirs my legs you may as well shout out " jelly on a plate "….
I Know most skinny girls complain about their weight but i AM not a skinny girl , im just not…
i don’t want to be thin for popularity reasons or anything , i want to be thin 4 myself.
In PE i do half a lap of the local oval and feel like im going to DIE
my throat hurts , my chest tightens , im breathing but it doesn’t feel like it..
I Hate My Body , But Feel Like I Don’t Have Time To Excersise , I Get Up At 7.30 Leave For School At 20 Past 8 And Get Home At Around 15 To Four , Then mum Gets Home At 5.20 And We Go Out Alot…

I Dont Own Any Credit Cards Nor Does My Family , So Any Pills Shakes Ect

NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
take a multivitamin at night
